- Save the .txt (or the .zip it hands you) and upload it here.
- Apple's Messages app has no built-in export, so connect your iPhone to a Mac or PC and open a backup tool like iMazing, then select your device → Messages.
- Pick the conversation, click Export, and choose Text.
